December Meeting Minutes

CUYAHOGA VALLEY DEMOCRATIC CLUB

Minutes from the meeting on December 3, 2025

Attendance: President Cami Ross and Secretary Rosalind Santini, 9 club

members and 8 candidates and our Guest speaker. The meeting was

called to order at 6:35 pm.

Each Candidate was given 5 minutes to introduce themselves and give

their reasons for running.

1) Dionna Gore is a democratic candidate for Ohio House District 19

running to replace Phil Robinson. She works for Medical Mutual of

Ohio and is a member of the Solon Democratic club and the Foster

Care Board. gore4staterep She wants to find solutions for

Healthcare, schools and childcare.

2) Mike Eisner running for Ohio Congressional District 7 to replace Max

Miller. This district has been gerrymandered again and he is working to

encourage democrats, Independents and conservative republicans to

reject the maga agenda. eisnerforcongress.com

3) Jennifer McTernan a democrat running for Judge of the Cuyahoga

County Court of Common Plea to replace Nancy Cruso. She has been

a Magistrate for 12 years with the mental Health and criminal dockets.

4) Jeff Crossman Candidate running for Judge of Cuyahoga County

Court of Appeals. He has been a Lawyer for 25 years and is on the

Parma City council. He has served as legal counsel for the Cuyahoga

5) Ed Fitzgerald Democrat running for Ohio Congressional District 7 to

replace Max Miller. He is a lawyer and served as a Special Agent for

the FBI to investigate organized crime and political corruption. He has

also been the Mayor of Lakewood. fitzgeraldforcongress.com

6) Fallon Radigan Fallon Marie Radigan, running to serve Northeast Ohio

as a Common Pleas Court Judge, with 14+ years at the Cuyahoga

County Prosecutor's Office, is a passionate advocate for community

education and internet safety. Raised in North Ridgeville and now

7) Daryl Dennie Judicial Candidate running to serve on the Common

Pleas Court. He has been a lawyer for 28 years practicing as a Public

Defender and Criminal/Civil law. judge4yourself.com8) Dianne Russell Judicial Candidate running for Court of Common

Pleas. She has been a trial lawyer for 22 years and is also a proffesor

at Case Western Reserve. dianeprussell24@gmail.com

At 7:00pm Cami introduced our Guest speaker:

Beth Hohenfeld who has been a middle School teacher for 22 years

and an Activist for decades. Her topic of discussion: Relational

Organization and how it helped the North Royalton Democratic Club

Get Out The Vote in their November Local Elections.The most

impactful method they used was creating a Non-Partisan Election

Guide to hand out as they went door to door to meet voters. The

guide listed the candidates and issues side by side with the pros and

cons of each issue and the comparisons of each candidate. They

asked everyone if they were register to vote and if they included links

and QR codes for more information on important dates and

deadlines. They also included a RED FLAG list of extremists

candidates for school board. They held social events and family

friendly events to increase membership and sent emails weekly or bi-

weekly to keep membership informed. All of their efforts culminated

in very successful election results for the Democrats in North

Royalton.

CVDC TreasurerSecretary read the minutes of the November meeting.

Cami asked if the members would like to receive a separate email with the

minutes before the meeting or put them on the website. It was decided by

a show of hands that the minutes will be uploaded on to the CVDC

website for all members to review instead of reading them at the meeting.

HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS; The toys and monetary donations collected at

this meeting were delivered to the Cuyahoga County Children and Family

Services on Fulton avenue on Friday December 5th.

Cami began a discussion about endorsing local Candidates and Issues as

a Club. No decision was made. On the County Level, the club will endorse

whoever the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party endorses.
